Currently, we provide delivery services across Reasi city, Jammu Kashmir and neighboring local areas within the district. We are constantly expanding our reach to serve more locations in the Jammu region.

2. What are the delivery charges?

Local Delivery: A nominal delivery fee is charged based on the distance between the vendor and your location.
Category Specific: Delivery fees may vary for heavy items (like Electronics or Real Estate documents) versus small items (like Food or Medicine).
Free Delivery: Keep an eye out for "Free Delivery" banners on specific products or during special promotional events!

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Food & Sweets: Usually delivered within 30–60 minutes.
Groceries & Daily Essentials: Same-day delivery if ordered before 6:00 PM.
Garments & Electronics: Typically delivered within 1–3 business days depending on local stock.
Services: Professional service providers (Plumbers, Salons) will arrive at the specific time slot you selected during booking.

4. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you can track its status in real-time through the "My Orders" section in the app. You will see updates like "Order Picked Up" and "Out for Delivery."

5. What if I am not home at the time of delivery?

Our delivery partner will call you upon arrival. If you are unavailable, you can request to leave the package with a neighbor or reschedule the delivery (extra charges may apply for second attempts).

6. How do you handle fragile items?

Items like Electronics, Glassware, and Sweets are packed with extra care. Our logistics team is trained to handle delicate packages to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
